"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

"We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!"

Über Tipps betreffend guter Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Wohnung, sowie Auskunft über Bus- und Zugverbindungen und die Organisation unserer An- und Abreise zum Flughafen war sie immer für uns erreichbar.
