"The location of this hotel is hard to beat for easy access to Terminal 3. Rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop bar is nice. We didn’t eat in the restaurant this time but have had a decent meal there in the past. Disappointed with the range of light snacks available in the lobby for those who don’t want a full meal. There were a few sandwiches there when we checked in but all had disappeared when I went back down after depositing cases, and repeated promises that they would be refreshed never resulted in anything arriving. We made do with a bag of peanuts. "

"This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and I think it’s a great find in central London. Staff are always super friendly, rooms are consistent in their comfort and amenities. Location is spot on. Clearly they work hard to provide a great experience for the price. Genuinely impressed! "

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "

"Friendly staff, clean rooms and other public areas. We used the swimming pool and sauna with no issues. My only negative would be the lack of sinage for the stairs from the upper floors (rooms). Lifts seem to take forever and locating the stairs wasnt as easy as it should be."
