"Google stated Awaken as 5 star hotel. This is not the case when compared this with true 5 star hotel internationally. At most it is a 4 star. I don’t know how Expedia claims the same 5 star rating. Disappointed. For example, the check out process involves a waiting period of 10 minutes for a maid the check for any property damage and food/beverage consumption. "

Being in city center can't avoid traffic noise. Great room with plenty of light, gorgeous view of the han river and dragon Bridge from room. Clean comfortable room and bed. All amenities worked well. "This stay, there was a 1 for 1 special on their dining menu. Food not fantastic but, their salted caramelised coffee was good, frothy. But, you will need to inform them to put less condensed milk and salt."
