We stayed at Hotel M for 3 weeks. We really enjoyed our stay, Hotel M is the whole package - welcoming and friendly employees, delicious food, fantastic coffee and juices. My husband was surprised and elated that they serve Corona beer! We would like to thank all of the employees for their hospitality, assistance, suggestions and making our vacation amazing. We felt at home and looked after the whole time. The Hotel is centrally located, tons of great restaurants walking distance, beach bar Maia is fun, the yellow trailer had amazing juices. The views are breathtaking, especially at night when Da Nang lights up. We highly recommend this Hotel, HOTEL M, for your future stays. Thanks to everyone! We had the green garden apartment on the 15th floor. Everything was as advertised. The bed was a little hard for me. For a 5 star hotel, I think it could have been a much higher quality softer mattress.The buffet breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The staff was very nice and always courteous and always smiling. Dining in the restaurant was very good. I will stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to the staff at the M Hotel.

Recently opened and very modern property which celebrates polished concrete walls and minimalism design. Staff were amazing and special thanks to Ms Hoa who went to great lengths to accommodate my vegetarian food requests. The gym on the 27th floor is fabulous as are the pools on the 28th floor. Rooms have an impact and "wow factor, but lack storage.

We had a great stay at M Hotel Danang and enjoyed many aspects of our experience. Our room was beautiful, offering a perfect view of the ocean—a truly stunning sight to wake up to each morning. While we knew in advance that the rooms don’t have balconies, it would have been a wonderful addition to fully take in the ocean breeze. The hotel itself is modern, sleek, and very clean, though the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold and minimalistic. The location is fantastic, right across from the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants, making it super convenient for exploring the area. One area that could use improvement is the service at the pool bar. We found the staff to be a bit inexperienced when it came to service etiquette, and we had unnecessary difficulties when trying to charge food and drinks to our room—something we’ve never encountered at other hotels. This was a bit frustrating and hopefully something that can be improved with better training. The rooftop infinity pool is definitely a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. However, the prime lounging area overlooking the ocean is quite small, with only about six lounge chairs available, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the modern design, ocean views, and prime location make this a great option in Danang. With some fine-tuning in service and minor improvements, it could be an even better experience.

M hotel os teally new and the standards are high. We could not fault the hotel apart from the fact that it does get a little noisy outside which is out of their control. It gets quiet after midnight. Room is spacious with a bath tub, there is no balcony which we did not mind anyway. Shops and restaurants are everywhere and the be is literally across the road.

Location is great! There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the area, you only have to walk 1min to reach the My Khe Beach if you are here solely for relaxing. We felt the warm welcome since we check-in, especially one of their associates Mai Hoa, she had recommended us a lot of outing activities and great restaurants, we followed her suggestions and visited as much dining places as we could, and they are ALL fabulous!! She would sometimes appears during the breakfast buffet session as well to greet and chat with the customers, these little interactions really gave us a homey feeling. For the room, it is clean and spacious, if you have concerns about slippers I suggest you should bring your owns as this hotel only offers the recycled one, I guess it is due to eco-friendly purpose. And before I booked this hotel I did notice some reviews said this hotel might get noisy during nighttime, but so far I didn’t affect by any noise (FYR I stayed at 15th floor).

New hotel, good location, friendly staff, but...
The hotel is brand new, and there are still several details they need to fine tune in terms of service. We voluntarily asked to downgrade from a deluxe suite to an ocean view regular room in order to have a separation between bathroom and bedroom, and to have a view on the ocean. The suite was dark and the view was obstructed by plants over the widows. Also the bathtub was in the middle of the room, and there was no partition between wash and sleep areas, while the enormous separate sitting room was useless and not welcoming at all. The lower room was noisier as closer to the street level, but the direct view on the ocean was great. The weather was very bad so we did not spend any time on the terrace pool and bar. The staff was very nice and trying very hard, but unevenly trained. Lastly, the laundry prices were outrageously expensive by any western five-star hotel standard, let alone by Vietnam standards. Go use local services outside the hotel instead.

The description of the room booked do not match what I received. The first room they gave me didn’t have a desk or view. The second (which matched what I booked) had a view and desk but no bath tub so there was always inconsistencies between what I paid for and received. There also was no smart tv (no streaming or casting available), nothing in the minibar, it wasn’t soundproof and there wasn’t even a phone so if you want room service you have to go down and order it. They made no effort to partially refund the stay after the dishonest listing. Otherwise a super nice place but not the five star experience you would expect for that money in da Nang.
