"A very good hotel fairly close to the city centre. The not so good thing was the lack of wardrobe space - it was a rail with hangers over the fridge and no real shelves, otherwise the room was fine. The Bouvier restaurant was really good for both lunch and breakfast. The best feature was the reception desk, especially Ann. The service we received was first class - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful."

"Dated building, and elements of the otherwise lovely room were a bit shabby (surface chipping on side table, lamp that was broken and held [badly] together with tape, floppy shower head). Daily cleaning was excellent. Poor ventilation in breakfasting meant our clothes tank of cooking smells which is not acceptable! Floor staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good central location close to CAT transport and places of interest."

"The hotel was a good place to stay. Just outside of city center, but quite walkable and the metro stop was a short 1 min walk. The staff was very friendly, the room spacious and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for those too tired to go anywhere kind of nights!!"

"Clean, modern hotel. Not too far from tram or bus stop. Metro is a 12 min walk though. Google maps from the city to hotel shows St Marx on 71 tram as the stop. But if you go to next stop (Litfasstrasse) your walk time to hotel is cut to half. Now the glitch part. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Except once when my kid asked for a tea bag to replenish the coffee/tea in the room, she was told by the front desk lady no tea bags to replenish. Even though we stayed for 7 days. 1 extra tea...
