"This place was great! All virtual checkin with easy instructions and room was fully stocked with everything you may need. Fully stocked kitchen diahes, glassware, and utensils as well as pots and pans. Washer and dryer and lots of channels on TV. Would definitely stay here again! "

"I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. "

"Overall the property was fine. Nothing super great or bad. The only specific feedback that I would give: there was only one lock on the door and it could be opened on the keypad from the outside. They need to add a second deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside -- or a chain or something other way to secure the door from inside. I did not feel totally safe having a door that could be unlocked by anyone on the outside with access to the code. Otherwise my stay was fine."

"The place misrepresented itself on Expedia because it’s more of an apartment building with weekly rates and not for tourists. The outside aspect is run down and dirty throughout with trash. There was a heavy smoke smell outside that penetrated to the rooms. Room was clean and free from roaches- but had a broken lamp shade, broken office chair and unbalanced dresser with cardboard under the corner. "

My flight landed at 10pm - still no email, then I called via the hotels.com app. Got connected to overseas call center, difficult to understand. They told me the place was available only for first night of my 2-night stay. I asked if they had my reservation, for 2 nights. Reply: "Yes." "What's the...

"The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience."

"The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!"
