"The atmosphere was great and the room service staff were friendly, which we really appreciated. However, we booked a suite to accommodate two adults and three kids, expecting the extra space and sleeping option with the fold-out couch. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was unusable—the mattress was very poor quality, there were no sheets provided, and the only blanket available was a thin one crumpled in the closet. No one was able to sleep on it, so we could have just booked a standard room with two...
