Starting about 6 days prior to this rental, I started contacting the host to find out what the check-in process was. I sent a total of 3 emails, none of which were ever answered. I also tried to call the number listed on the advertisement, but all I ever got was a voicemail prompt. I left 2 messages - the day before and the day our rental was supposed to start. I...

"We loved the place- so big, cozy, cute! Pros: beds, proximity to our events Cons: noise- Wycliff, sirens, etc. Needed a tiny trashcan in tiny bathroom. Front Door was difficult to open. "

"Great location but the propert upkeep was lacking. The pool was green with leaves all in it. We brought stuff to swim but couldn’t use the pool. The inside was nice but there was only one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We still enjoyed our stay but property wasn’t as expected"
