We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! "This was a great cottage for a last min Ute weekend getaway! It’s on a quiet little inlet, so we watched lots of boats go by, had a nice campfire and just enjoyed a beautiful weekend outside! The owner and neighbors were so friendly as well!"

"Very nice spot for three couples to come and unwind. The sunroom provided an excellent view of the lake and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There was plenty of room for six adults. The outdoor fire pit was a plus due to cooler weather in October. Location was perfect for a quick grocery run in Jamestown or a short drive to restaurant options. Lisa was courteous and quick to respond. Overall, a nice traditional lake house. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Kama Kottage. The house is cozy and comfortable, and nicely appointed. We were there just before Christmas and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch.We also appreciated the prompt attention to cleaning off the driveway since we had a fair amount of snow. The location was great for our purposes and we look forward to booking this house again when in the area, especially when we can enjoy the sun room and the entire property."

"The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect! "
