"My family and I were so impressed with this house. The accommodations and location are some of the best at Chautauqua Lake. The house was big enough that my family was able to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen is the perfect spot for entertainment and so big that we were able to cook dinners easily. Communication with the owner was perfect. There was one problem that we had when we arrived there were no trash bags and the owner had it fixed quickly. The only feedback I would give is to have the beds made on arrival. It was an expectation of the guests to make their own bed, which typically is something we expect of any place we book on VRBO. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and we would 100% come back again! "

"Love this hotel but the indoor pool is not maintained as well as it should be the cement around the pool needed to be power washed was a bit slimy and after using the hot tub I ended up with a severe rash all over my legs.. "
