"Hotel was confortable but dated which didn’t bother me because we were literally just sleeping there and nothing else. Grab and go breakfast had all the things you expect. Even microwave breakfast sandwitches. The parking lot adjoins to a restaurant. (Did not eat there.) And there is a gas station next door for convience. Bed was comfortable. It was the quitest hotel i have ever been in. And there was even a college baseball team staying there."

"We were just home for a short visit and we always enjoy the Barkers Island Inn. We love walking around on the island. "

"The bedding was very light. We asked for some extra blankets and the woman working the front desk helped find two right away. Slept like a baby! "

"I wanted a trip to escape with my kiddos and be in nature!! This was exactly that. We enjoyed every minute and the best part was we were left alone. There was enough dishes for a family of 4. Theres a microwave, small toaster oven (I thought I could make puzza and you have to 4th the pizza to do so), there's a grilling grate, so we brought tin foil for burgers; super good. The trails were a bit muddy but to be expected in spring in WI/MN. We walked a 20 minute walk down to superior and each of the kids got to brush up on their fire starting skills right on the beach with the drift wood. Super fun and enjoyable. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights. Highly recommend uf you want to go off grid a bit. We will be back."

"We booked a room with a king size bed. The room was spacious, the bathroom large with tub/shower. We have stayed at this Quality Inn a few times. The staff is always friendly. The coffee could be a tad better but that is a small complaint."

"What a wonderful experience! The cabin we stayed in was warm and cozy. The trails were well maintained and proximity to the lakeshore was terrific. We lucked out and had a starry night complete with Northern lights! I wish we had spent more than one night’s visit… we will be back!"
