"We really enjoyed our stay ... Duluth is one of our favorite destinations. The condo was spacious and had the basics. Beds were soo comfortable! The jetted tub was a hit with my kids, especially my daughter who is not a fan of pools. Loved that we were right downtown and that pets are welcome. "

"This condo is terrific. Super clean, great location, beautiful design, all amenities, etc. Two notes: first, the shower water in the upstairs bathroom is very very hot. I’m not sure if that can be adjusted, but on the coldest water temp, it was still too hot for a shower longer than a couple minutes. Second, the bathrooms on the main level and basement have pedestal sinks. So if you are unable to go up stairs, just know that your counter space is limited on the main floor and bottom floor...

"My family (Dad, sisters, partners, and adult children) had an enjoyable stay here. The location allows for easy access to many great places in the downtown area making it a great spot if you don't want to drive to local bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. Street parking is not allowed overnight, but the hosts have nearby parking for a vehicle, and there is a parking ramp nearby that isn't too expensive for any extra vehicles. The loft is clean, with 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of seating, games, hot tub,...

"Wonderful place to stay and awesome to be able to use the hotel Hot tub and Pool. Owner was pleasant and great to work with. Walking distance to everything in Canal Park. Highly recommmed, especially for a family with teenagers. "
