"We had a great stay here. The condo is located on the 16th hole of the Piper course at Lakewood National where you can watch wildlife and more importantly, heckle golfers constantly searching for their balls in the water after their tee shot (not really, but it's entertaining). The condo was great. Very clean, great location, plenty of parking and great amenities if you choose to transfer the club membership."

"Good - Management company for the property was one of the best we have encountered. Responded quickly to call or text and resolved issues reported. Space was good for 4 adults - house was in great location/neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped as far as pans, plates, appliances. Pool service did great job. Bad - TVs were all different, multiple remotes and only one instruction that didn’t work most of the time. Ended up just using our streaming apps. Although there were some good towels, most of the others were older/mismatched. No spices (not even salt or pepper) or things like aluminum foil. Ugly: Arrived to air conditioning not working and took 2 days to fix had to go to hotel. Air, even after fixed, was not cooling 2nd king bedroom well - no overhead fan. Had to use three floor fans in that area to keep it cool. Refrigerator was leaking water on floor when arrived. Pool cage missing big panel, pool deck area not clean. Beware that the community only allows 2 adults to have IDs, so in our case with 4 adults - the other 2 adults could not use amenties without one of us being with them which was not clear when reserving.Very inconvenient after paying extra for this access. How can a house in Florida not have an emergency kit for hurricane/power outages? We only found one flashlight which had battery corrosion. (Leasing company did send over a new flashlight). Overall, we made the best of the situation so we could enjoy our family/vacation."

"My wife and I along with our 2 11 year old daughters lost our home in a flood due to Hurricane Debby. Zoe let us make this our temporary home for a month and ill be forever grateful. He worked with us on a weekly basis as we weren't sure how long it would take to either get back into our home or find a new one. He was a lifesaver for us. The place is absolutely beautiful and we were extremely comfortable and enjoyed being just minutes from our neighborhood and being able to check on our house daily. "We enjoy our month long stay at the villa very much. The host thought of everything and we had a comfortable and fun visit. She answered emails quickly and was very helpful. The villa was located in a perfect spot in a nice neighborhood and the community has great amenities! We hope to rent this again!"

"The unit was moderate sized and very clean with a small lanai overlooking the golf course. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The location was in a great area. Easy access to the main bldg. and golf course and easy access to and from by the back entrance. Now the bad, the queen bed in the master was like a solid block of concrete. Unsleepable. We had to sleep in the second bedroom on twin beds. A nice TV but only had streaming, no cable so all that it offered was a bunch of news channels, music channels, Latin channels and old time TV shows. It had Netflix and U-tube which helped a little but no network stations like ABC, NBC, CBS, ESPN or Golf channels. Be aware of these issues."

"My husband and I spent 5 weeks at this Lakewood Ranch Condo. The unit was as pictured. It was a top floor unit with a beautiful view of the golf course. The amenities were excellent. Enjoyed the resort pool and we used the fitness center daily. This unit has everything you need for any length of stay. Taj was available for any questions we had. Be sure to consider renting this unit."
