We had a little issue with the safe and Karen arrived within the hour to give us the key and resolve the issue. "It was a great place to experience LaFortuna. It was close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shops downtown without having to deal with traffic and noise. There were plenty of nearby soda's that were also delicious. It was only a short drive to the Waterfall and the hot springs. "
