"The cleaning staff for the rooms were excellent (Pancake). The Rooms were not well maintained (doors on the cupboards that would not work, draws that were not working) - fixed after a couple hours. Garden beds that were not weeded (fixed second day). Pool that was green and slimy and dangerous to swim in never fixed. Hotel agreed to check out now and full refund as they could not get maintained staff to fix after 5 days. So Ms Nancy (on site manager) did try to work it out."
