"The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, not enough seating or sunbeds by the pool (only 2 beds with no cusions), property needs some money spent to bring it up to standard (just general maintenance), internet not working, however the biggest problem was the location, , taxis do not want to come out there, really need a car."

The villa lived up to our expectations, and we were particularly impressed by the knowledge and enthusiasm of Mimi, the house manager. She provided us with excellent suggestions for exciting activities in the area. Jojo, the driver and kitchen staff, also deserves special mention for his exceptional thoughtfulness and willingness to assist us in every situation, always with a contagious smile....

"Pros: Amenities are awesome and rooms great. More like an AirBnB than a villa. Downsides: No toothbrushes. 1500 Baht cleaning fee when you leave, they make you pay for electricity... ended up paying an additional $200 unexpectedly as I did not read the fine print. Price isn't as great with this in mind. Quite far from anything nearby. Stay here if you plan to stay in mostly and drink at the pool - not great for local beaches, tourist sights, or restaurants."

"We stayed at this property as a large group and I have nothing but good words to say! The property manager, Jum Jum truly made our stay outstanding and seamless. She was incredibly helpful and could organize rides, massages, and home cooked meals. The chef was outstanding as well and we had some of the best meals on the trip here. The property itself is beautiful and has an excellent overlooking view of the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here and i personally hope to be back one day!"
