"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. One thing to note is that I had read in several blog reviews that, when choosing a dinner course at the Saffron restaurant, there would be options for appetizers or desserts. However, on the day of our visit, only a fixed menu was served. I wasn’t aware that this had changed....

"We loved the peace and tranquility in and around the hotel that its not too crowded or busy. Although the location is farther from Phuket Old Town, its accessible to places that we were interested to explore; Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. Also close to where we go riding and the Spa. Staff disposition and service was excellent. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. A good and happy team! Thank you so much for the special birthday cake for my daughter who chose to visit Phuket...
