"Well my friend and I got to the hotel about 7:00 pm after a very long day on the road. When we got to our room it was so cold. We couldn’t turn the air off. We called the front desk and Nathan came and moved us to another room since the ac was broken. He also had treats for my dog. Nathan was such a kind and calm man. We were very impressed. We stop over there next time we go back to Texas for the winter. Yall are lucky to have him!! There was a tipped office chair and a really stained bedroom chair. Other than that it was great"
