It sounded like a freight train roaring through. Since we had already had one issue, we didn’t want to call again so we just turned it off and tried staying warm under the covers."

"We arrived and there was a construction fence around it. The office was closed with 2 phone numbers on the door to call for service. Called both numbers numerous times, with no answer. All the rooms were gutted and the furniture was outside. Looked like they are in the middle of renovating (hopefully, because the place looked rather run down and shady.) We had to waste at least 2 hours going to numerous hotels to find a room because there was a state volleyball tournament, and other events,...
