"Lovely, comfortable property with beautiful views. The pool was a great asset to cool down in on hot days. Easy access to local supermarkets. Would recommend having a car to get out and about with. Hugo is an excellent friendly host with lots of great tips of where to go."

After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. "Nous avons séjourné 3 jours chez Graham, 5 familles de 4 personnes, 10 adultes et 10 enfants. Le gite est très agréable, très beau et tout à fait adapté pour recevoir plusieurs familles. Chaque famille avait son espace privatif et pouvait se retrouver dans la salle commune que Graham nous avait gentiment ouvert. "We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again."

"The gite is exactly as it appears on the photos - with beautiful gardens (space for kids to play) and private space to sit out and eat outside. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could want too (amazing cooker!) The location in the hamlet of Entrevergnes Haut is quiet (the neighbours do fix cars in their big garage out the front though - it didn't bother us at all but might bother those who want complete quiet)- and there are beautiful hill top and valley walks from the front...

"We had a lovely stay at Montbrun des Corbieres. The village is very quaint, no shops or boulangerie, but a very good bread vending machine once you got the hang of it.! Great location for touring the Languedoc-Roussillon region, within 1.15 hours drive of Perpignan, Montpelier, Toulouse etc. 25 mins from Carcassonne and Narbonne. Canal du Midi 15 mins. Check out La Redorte for great canal side restaurant. Beware most restaurants in the area close at 2pm and re open at 7pm. So if you are eating...

"Merci pour ce séjours! Top pour les grands comme pour les petits. La maison est parfaite et pratique, tout y est bien pensé, reflechit et décoré. Nous avons trouvé de superbes activités pour la familles (paint ball, visite, ballade en moto, ...) nous avons particulièrement apprécié Lastours et ses châteaux, les villages aux alentours, l'acrobranche de la Cavaiyère, le lac de Jouares et la beauté de la citée de Carcassonne!
