"Lovely, comfortable property with beautiful views. The pool was a great asset to cool down in on hot days. Easy access to local supermarkets. Would recommend having a car to get out and about with. Hugo is an excellent friendly host with lots of great tips of where to go."

"Nous avons passé un séjour calme et ressourçant. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous reposer, c’est l’endroit idéal. La localisation proche de Narbonne et Carcassonne est parfaite. Qun est très attentionnée envers ses locataires : Nous avons été accueillis avec des légumes et fruits du jardin ainsi qu’avec une bouteille de vin ! Seul point non mentionné dans l’annonce : il y a également une chambre d’hôte en plus du gîte donc on peut être amené à partager la piscine avec d’autres personnes."

"We've stayed in many self catering cottages and had a very different experience in this one. On VRBO the gite is advertised as having a lake view, its no where near a lake! After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. There was no mention of this on VRBO, so the owner waived the charge. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and immediately had to find a supermarket as no basics/welcome pack was provided e.g bread,...

"Nous avons séjourné 3 jours chez Graham, 5 familles de 4 personnes, 10 adultes et 10 enfants. Le gite est très agréable, très beau et tout à fait adapté pour recevoir plusieurs familles. Chaque famille avait son espace privatif et pouvait se retrouver dans la salle commune que Graham nous avait gentiment ouvert. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques avec un petit parc de jeux pour les jeunes enfants particulièrement apprécié même en pleine hiver, plusieurs sentiers pour se balader dans les forets de...

"An excellent choice. Right by the canal, to spend many happy hours just watching the boats go by. There were only two of us, so plenty of room. Very well equipped for a self catering holiday. Bedrooms are huge, as are the beds, which were very comfortable. Shower rooms large and super clean. Welcome pack amazing, and further items during our stay. "We had a wonderful stay here, the place is centrally located amongst the vineyards. The settings is private and well appointed. We laid out at night on the loungers watching the stars. As it is located in the countryside the night sky was an amazing display of bright stars. Easy drive to Carcassonne or the Mediterranean. The town of la liviniare is close 5min drive with two restaurants. The host was welcoming and helpful on things to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay and would come again."

"The gite is exactly as it appears on the photos - with beautiful gardens (space for kids to play) and private space to sit out and eat outside. The kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you could want too (amazing cooker!) The location in the hamlet of Entrevergnes Haut is quiet (the neighbours do fix cars in their big garage out the front though - it didn't bother us at all but might bother those who want complete quiet)- and there are beautiful hill top and valley walks from the front...

"We werden aangenaam ontvangen door de lieve gastvrouw ook al waren we vroeger dan afgesproken. Er was een vlotte communicatie. We genoten ook van de aangeboden verse eitjes. Het huisje is praktisch ingericht en de nodige voorzieningen om er een fijn verblijf van te maken zijn aanwezig. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Dankjewel voor de fijne dagen."

"Enough space for a family of 5. Property located on D road through Ornaisons. Parking just off property, easy to access. Good location to get to both beach and Carcassonne. 10 mins to nearest supermarket. Nice outdoor eating space. Beautiful pine forest behind property."
