"Most nicest and luxurious hotel in La Fortuna. The best location. Nice view of the Volcano.Staff was great, attentive and friendly. Hotel common areas and rooms were very clean and comfortable. "The entire property is beautifully maintained. The huge hot tub was enjoyed by all of our party. Santiago was so helpful and met us and helped us get set up in our Villa. The views all around us were fabulous. I would recommend this property to anyone."

Great property just 10 minutes drive from La Fortuna

"The property was very clean and safe. We particularly enjoyed the covered patio/pool area. Howler monkeys woke us up the second day and put on quite a show in the trees across the small road from the house. Loved the ever present hummingbirds in the flowering plants. Lots of different flowering plants. The only things I would recommend for improvements : hot water for the kitchen sink and improved lighting in the kitchen. "The villa was beautiful and spacious! Only one thing the hot water wasn't working and maybe they can add a safety bar for when stepping up or out of the tub/shower because it's a high step. The host was wonderful and went out of her way to make us feel like home."

"The reason why I booked this house was when I saw the front view is the volcanic mountain. And seeing it in person was even more breathtaking. Really spacious and beautiful place. "A nice home on a large and lovely property, with a pool, a pond and expect to see many different kind of beautiful birds. About 7 kms from La Fortuna, but there is a nice restaurant nearby and a grocery store in the village. Bedrooms have shelf storage but no closets or ways to hang clothing, which can be an issue for extended stays. Hot water in bathrooms only, but not in kitchen. Extra cleaning, towels, etc. readily available for extended stays."

"Property overall is amazing! The location is wonderful with wildlife right outside the door. But if lacks sufficient furniture to seat everyone and doesnt have dressers or any bedroom furniture to unpack for longer stays. There is a lovely town to the left away from La Fortuna with a meat market, bakery, and fruit and vegetable stand that are wonderful! "

Excellent once again!

"This was my 5th time staying at this resort and I can't imagine a better hotel for the money. This trip I brought 10 other friends along and they all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The updated rooms are large and comfortable. The views spectacular. We ate at the main restaurant and bar multiple times and the food was always good for the money. The multiple hot spring pools are a perfect way to end an adventurous day in the rain forest. "

"Beautiful property, very helpful staff, the food was delicious and everything was very clean. We had a room with a private pool (not heated) which was great to have such a large private patio space when we wanted downtime. Our 2 kids loved the warm pools and the housekeepers leaving them little treats in the afternoon. The hotel doesn’t cater to families or young kids but it was still an excellent place if you do have kids. It was a short walk to everything we needed while we were on the resort but we had a car rental as we were exploring the area daily that we parked right outside our Chato. There isn’t a gym available, but the resort is lovely for a run. It was so easy to communicate with the staff in WhatsApp I ask questions and order room service. We ordered room service a couple nights, which was delicious. Our favourite was the poke bowl. The breakfast buffet was perfect every morning before we started our day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"
