"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "Pensión Landazuri felt like a home away from home for me - the family are delightful & so helpful & kind, the adjoining cafe next door was my breakfast haunt every day - great jamon y queso omelette & coffee. The rooftop terrace with view of the Alcazaba was a peaceful place to sit, and I loved all the traditional decorations (tiles, mirrors, plates, vases etc). The location was perfect! I love Granada, & this Pensión is a big part of that!! Thank you ☺️"

"The hotel is luxurious in every aspect. The staff was outstanding and the service impeccable. The concierge went above and beyond in helping us obtain online concert tickets when we had problems with the venue’s website. Most places we went in Granada were easily walkable but the hotel also arranged private transportation for us when we needed. Our five night hotel stay was truly memorable. "

"Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Optional breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.Bacon,eggs, hashbrowns and other items that should be kept hot were always cold. Good selection of coffees, teas, breads and spreads. Fruits and juices not of the "
