"From start to finish we greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by a very warm welcome which was also most helpful. The housekeeping staff were very lovely, efficient and friendly. The app was most helpful in sharing information and quick communication. We had a problem with our toilet which was quickly resolved. The staff greeting us at breakfast were welcoming and friendly. We would certainly recommend the hotel and look forward to our next stay."

"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Facilities are really good for all ages, pools are heated which was good for babies and the pool bar serves nice food. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh bedding and towels supplied. Only thing is the hotel is situated at the top of a steep hill however taxis cost between €5-8 to the main centre. Definitely would return!"

"We spent a week in Sep 2024, in a nutshell it was lovely. Service was great, especially Townie (apologies if misspelled), responsible for breakfast most mornings during our stay. "We just love flamingo beach group hotel. its our favourite location in Lanzarote. Long beautiful promanade walks, 5 swimming pools and a beach. Excellent accomodatiin. So clean. Some electrical appliences replaced since we were there last. Beautifully kept gardens and flowers. Ferry to Feurtaventura within walking distance. Food unbelievable in the area. Great choice of restaurants within 20 minute walk. We willbe teturning again soon. "

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"Spacious apartment with beautiful view from the large patio. Apartment is basically furnished and minimal kitchen (no oven, only 2 ring hob). Spacious pool & deck area which would benefit from more regular cleaning especially at busy times. Jacuzzi not hot and pool would be more enjoyable if heated. Laundry room only opened whilst lifeguard is on duty (as he uses it as a base). No wi-fi on the pool deck but good signal in the apartment. No iron in apartment or laundry room and if requested there...
