"The hotel is convenient for the harbour restaurants, marina, shopping and market. Staff very friendly on reception. Accessibility would be an issue - stairs into reception and a tiny lift. Bed comfy. Wardrobe and room very dated and made it look grubby even though regular cleaning and servicing of the room. Breakfast was included. simple and plentiful. Ok for a few days. "

"This apartment ticks all the boxes! The design is exceptional and the fittings first class. Very spacious, modern, well-equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The superking bed was comfortable with gorgeous bedding. The view of the sunrise across the marina... beautiful! We enjoyed every moment!"

"Lovely hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive with great range of options and the additional restaurants were also nice (even if the ground floor restaurant prices were a little upmarket). Also 10 min walk from main bus stop and bus from airport does stop outside the hotel. The rooftop restaurant was also lovely, however glare inside the restaurant made it a bit difficult to appreciate views at night. Would recommend to anyone in staying in Arrecife. "

"I had a really nice stay here. The room was spacious, the bed/pillow was very comfortable, it was quiet and the curtains blocked out the light well. A kettle would have made the room better as I drink lots of tea but never mind. Breakfast was included and worth getting up early for. "Villa Vik was a great place for a peaceful holiday with excellent accommodation, food and staff. Swimming in the pool was a real pleasure. Our only reservation was that there were too few staff on duty; often it appeared that just one person had to set tables, staff reception and serve drinks at the bar / pool. They did so cheerfully and helpfully but were stretched."

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely warm pool and stunning sea views. Second stay here after having a club room with not a great view floor 0 and 1 I probably wouldn’t have an upgrade again I’d stick with a standard room, the benefits weren’t worth the extra money. AI drinks are good and generally branded and the pool area spotless. Breakfast very good but evening meal a bit hit and miss, not an issue for us as we like to explore. "A short but pleasant stay. I booked the Royal level but was a bit disappointed my room was not in the Royal section but the main block. The lifts were noisy. The staff were friendly, the food decent and overall it was good value for money. "

"We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"We were only there 1 night, so difficult to write an objective review. It is really convenient for the airport, but almost no noise. Playa Honda is a nice little town, much quieter than Puerto del Carmen. The room was great with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space for clothes, nice big shower, which worked well Breakfast was possible, but we didn’t use it, the outside space looked great and we would have used it if we’d stayed longer. "Very good all inclusive. Much of the food was very good quality. Excellent salad section. Friendly helpful staff. Great location as long as you donot want to be in the thick of lively entertainment, but its about 20 mins away, on foot. Lovely views on to small rocky beach from the evening bar. Mainteance shows its age in a very few areas eg leaking air conditioning. We would definitely go back. On balance excellent value for money."
