"The staff provide great service. They treat guests very well, while being caring and professional. The room and bathroom was a little dark, but clean. The service at the restaurant was very good and the staff works very hard and makes you feel welcome. The spa service is excellent; the steam room i good, the sauna was not warm, the jacuzzi needs more light, as it can be very dangerous walking in and out of it."
