"Absolutely amazing stay! This is our first time visiting Niseko for snowboarding and coming from Canada where visiting Banff and Lake Louise multiple times is our yearly tradition, we are completely blown away by this visit. The hotel has all the amenities required for the most wonderful stay. Breakfast has everything you can imagine, very tasty (I especially like the miso soup and healthy options available). "Really fantastic stay. The location is great, right down from the main grand hirafu gondola and the hotel offers free drop off in the morning too. We rented from Grand hirafu annex which included storage but the hotel has ski storage too. There’s a separate men’s and women’s hot tub that’s real nice. Oh and a vending machine with beer and cocktails. The staff is super nice and helpful, overall great trip!"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff. Location ok for restaurants and shops but looong walk up to dot or gondola base with ski gear. Lockers tucked away in depths of the hotel. Water was barely warm enough to have a shower so that was a bad experience. But otherwise clean, comfortable enough. "
