"Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle. My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was...

"Excellent location, less than 200m to the ski lift (small slope to walk down) and ski schools. Prime location for restaurants, ski rental, coffee, bars. Opposite the hotel is a convenience store. Onsen (in a hotel 1000yen each excluding towel rental) is about 3 mins walk on the main road. Bus arriving at the welcome centre is about 10 min walk downhill. Shared bathroom and shower rooms were kept clean. Breakfast is very basic and served between 0730-0830 only. Toast/cereal/juices/tea every...

"This hotel has a very good location - it’s a ~10-15min walk to the closest ski lift and plenty of restaurants, food trucks, and convenience stores nearby. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are english speaking which made the whole experience much easier. They provided us with recommendations of the area and also helped us coordinate the ski lift passes beforehand, so we were able to receive it upon check-in. They also helped us book the shuttle to the airport for our check out day...

"This place is a hostel for hotel prices. Niseko is expensive for sure, but this place is extremely expensive for what it is. One shared shower between perhaps 12-15 people. The breakfast is super average and the value for money at the associated eateries (where breakfast is served) are super expensive for the size of the meals. The staff working there were super nice but the owner maybe shouldn't be client-facing. "
