"Clean and up-kept property. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. Up kept osen and pool ( maybe we are lucky as it is the end of skiing season). Good varieties buffet choices. Receptionists and butlers are welcoming and helpful. We loved the valet skiing services. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Overall we all enjoyed our stay very much. We will keep coming back. "

"Amazing place to stay, location is second to none for ski in ski out access with really impressive ski facilities. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Restaurants provided amazing dinning experiences including the morning buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend the private infinity Onsen provided on level 7 (at extra cost), of an evening the view of Mt Yotie was beautiful."

"The property is new, contemporary, super spacious (even for the US standard) , well stocked and with a great view of Mt. Yotei. Concierge was super nice and helpful. Right above the convenience store, location is the best! Would definitely stay again! "

"Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner stove appliance of some sort, otherwise it is really no different than having a hotel room. This was one of the main reasons I booked this place. Pictures were a little misleading from the ad but you can see from mine that it still a nice place with a balcony, views, and lots of light. They did not have a desk in the unit, and I needed to do some work, but an email to them and they brought me a great little desk and chair! Again, great service. Convenient laundry shared with one other unit was perfect. Awesome to have laundry at your door and not some coin laundry in the basement. Will stay here again if given the chance! Thank you for the great stay!"

"We only stayed in Otaru for one night, but we would definitely stay here again. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We got there early so they held our luggage for us and delivered it to our room while we were out. They even gave us umbrellas to use when they realized we didn’t have one. There is a Family Mart, shops, and places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. Bonus, they also have 2 washer/dryer machines and an ice machine on the second floor. "
