"One cannot ask for a better ski in/ski out location. Hotel also has ski/boot valet which was an added bonus. Hotel was clean friendly staff. Room cleaners were quick and efficient. Hotel was great, the little store down near the lobby is relatively expensive though. And there's not much except restaurants nearby for snack food. "

"The Maples Niseko is a beautiful accommodation with very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed for 1 week here and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were spacious, very clean and filled with amenities such as a dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, chiller and freezer and a washer/dryer. The ski in/ski out was very convenient going to the lifts and coming back to the Maples with no extra walking required. The ski lockers are clean and spacious with enough room for multiple people’s gear in one locker. If you book rental equipment with Rhythm they have a special drop off area with a QR code to return for gear for you for ease of use, rather than carrying it all back. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Our stay at MUWA was 10/10. Stunning hotel with a beautiful spacious room overlooking the slopes. Right next to the snowboarding base which was perfect for us. It’s a bit of walk down to the restaurants and food trucks and an uphill walk back to the hotel but not an issue, kept us fit :D"

"This hotel was amazing for our first time in Niseko. The room was perfect, we enjoyed the free breakfast and bar daily, and loved the shuttle system to and from the mountain. I would absolutely stay here again! "
