"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. "It is quiet but offer easy access to other areas by train. The beach is right across the street. I enjoy walking to Enoshima island and watch sunrise and sunset. The hotel provides shuttle service on demand. The spa is great relaxation after all the walking. "

"This was (IIRC) our 3rd stay at The Knot, and it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy, the beds were comfy, and the restaurant, Smoke Door, had great food and service. A short walk from Yokohama Station, with lots of food and shopping nearby. A real gem for us."

"While I love staying at this hotel, I did find a used tissue near my bed on the first night of my stay. But other than that, I feel like this is definitely a hotel I'll stay at when I visit Yokohama next time. Wonderful staff, super convenient location and I love the bed light that helps me fall asleep after an exhausting day. "

"We stayed here one night before a cruise. Excellent choice! They gave us a free upgrade on a higher floor. The room was large and nicely furnished. The shower was huge with great water pressure. Nice amenities. Breakfast had dozens of choices and everything was delicious. Staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. "
