"Location is great.5min walk from Sensoji but staff is the best part of this Hotel.I had to interact with different staff at different times as I extended my reservation twice and each person at the desk was wonderful. My room (13th floor) was exceptionaly clean.Not a single issue in the room.Housekeepers were very friendly and polite as well. All staff at this property needs recognition "

The staff was so nice and I want to give a shoutout to the front desk attendants Hasan and I believe the other attendant name was Fu or Yu, sorry I couldn’t clearly see your name tag. The checkin was so easy and simple and the luggage service was super easy and convenient. The restaurant on the hotel and the ones across the street were sooo good! It also had a family mart right next to it which you could enter from inside the hotel. This came in so handy when we need little things we forgot or needed. Lastly, it was so close to the train station and make it super easy to get every where we needed to go. "
