"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The VIP room upgrade and complimentary drinks were appreciated. The decor was interesting, from the ten foot tall wooden bear outside the door to the many nautical touches in our suite. The room was large and the bed, couch, and reclining chair were comfortable."
