Absolutely NO TOWELS OR WASHCLOTHS IN ROOM. Very limited ones available in all of hotel. Did not get the non smoking or size bed I booked. Will not be back. Service at the desk was being bombarded by another customer and did her best taking care of me.

Absolutely the worst place I've ever tried to stay. I didn't even stay, but staff said she couldn't refund my money. I booked king size bed but one room, the tv didn't work. The second room, no toilet seat. The third room had no water pressure. Then I was given a room with 2 queen beds and it was disgusting. Floors were rotting, holes in the wall and room smelled like mildew. I sat on bed and light fixture fell off wall and hit me in the head. I complained and asked for money back but was told all she could do was move my room. The next room was better, but floor was rotting in there too. I just left and got a room 4 miles away at a different motel.

The room had new paint and floor but the room felt dirty. The tv didn’t work and the heater was very loud. The sign to the motel wasn’t lit so it wasn’t easy to find. However, the clerk, Regina was very friendly and made checking in easy.

Some of the rooms were newly remodeled and were nice. First rooms the gave us had no heat. They gave us newly remodeled rooms but there were only 2 bath towels in one room and 2 hand towels in the other. Went to front desk and asked for towels and was told they only give 2 towels per room. Asked for bath towels and she said she would bring them and she never came to the room. Next day we left for an event and when we got back to the rooms our keys would not work. Went to front desk and had to get the keys reprogrammed. Housekeeping never came to the room, so we found her to get more towels. Water in one of our rooms never got hot, just warm water in the shower

Couldnt figure out if the building was ready to be demolished. Room smelt like smoke and moldy even though it was a “non-smoking” room. Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful, but not enough to make up for the holes in the walls, trim coming off and all around musty feel to the property.

The desk lady was not very nice she seemed upset when we ask to see another room. We looked at 3 different rooms, rotten sewer line smell, the only one that had a fridge had a busted water pipe, 3rd one had roaches, hard to get to and busted door lock. We reurn the key and checked out. We didn't stay there at all. Is there any way I could possibly get any part of my $ moneu back thabk you

The photographs were not consistent with the property as it is under total renovation. No fridge, coffee or amenities of any kind. The room itself was recently renovated, so that was nice. Some outlets didn’t have power.

We had two rooms. One did not have pillowcases and were told that none would be available until in the morning. We had no shower curtain, no trash cans, no mirror and were originally only given one towel for each room. Our door did not deadbolt—incorrectly mounted.

A plus for the motel was that was no evidence of bedbugs. Probably because no self-respecting bedbug would have wanted to reside there. The facility was run-down and the room was dirty and in desperate need of repairs- the tub/shower was filthy. Electrical outlets were functional but dirty. The deadbolt on the door could not be engaged. The air cooker like someone had taken a baseball bat to it. Recommend Motel 6 sell this property to the adjoining motel which could use additional parking. Terrible waste of money to stay here.
