"The newer hotel is fantastic. Less than a 5 min walk to Yokohama station. There are a ton of restaurants and shopping right outside the door and some great restaurants in the building. Staff were excellent and the hotel room was very clean and modern."

"The best quality about this property is its proximity to the Yumoto station, and how easy it is to start the exploration of Hakone. The property also have spa rooms that can be booked, at a discount for hotel guests. It's just very grand-looking, and rooms are spacious. Front desk is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a buffet, great selection of Japanese and continental offerings. It was so good! Overall, I'd definitely recommend it to friends."
