"We had booked family room when the booking was done for 5 adults.the pictures showed living area along with bedroom which was not clear depiction. The room was very small with barely any space to walk or put luggage.the hotel should not have allowed 5 adults(a3 of them were teens but we booked them as adults) in one room.Most hotels have interconnecting twin rooms when they book us together or we pick 2 rooms. I would recommend the hotel to take off 5 adult option from that room. The location...

"Loved staying, very convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance and Shinjuku station is a great hub for travel pretty much anywhere that doesn't require to hop on a plane. "
