" I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, which is conveniently located right in the city center — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. "First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price. The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery...

"Not a hotel to say anything exciting about. It’s ok if you’re looking for a place closer to the airport. TV was not working, internet disappointing, no breakfast on one day, the next day they had no jam for the toast, pool was very busy. Rooms are ok though. "
