"Fantastic Hotel in KK! Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. The front desk staff helped us organize a couple of great tours and transportation. The breakfast is a must, sooo good! The pool area is gorgeous and bar staff is attentive and funny. Location is convenient for waterfront, markets, jesselton ferry terminal. Rooms were amazing, quiet, comfortable. Definately go for the water view! Worth every penny, loved it! "

"This was a very nice property with a great pool and comfortable rooms. My daughter loved the waterslide and had fun at the kids club. The discovery centre was a unique addition. The restaurant offerings were delicious but lacked a bit in terms of completing a meal (eg Indian food but no raita or chutneys, Malaysian coffee but no condensed milk). The pool area could have used more things like light sandwiches , nachos etc. attention to detail could be improved on (eg you ask on your online...

"Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. Prefer to have manual swtches for practicality."
