"Check-in was good and fast with such a friendly and professional staff. Room is just as requested. Only drawback is lack of switches for lighting which was replaced with digital push screen which doesn't seem to work resulting in a poorly lit room and caused inconveniences due to that. "Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there.
