"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. "A few of the things I liked in the dorm room is each bed has a curtain so you have privacy and the space is really big with lots of storage space right under your bed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the welcome card is a nice touch too. There’s a nice chill out area with bean bags and the coffee is great too. (Good coffee is a rarity in hostels) "

The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk.
