"Osen is good "

"It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties."

"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"Fantastic onsen experience! Short walk to scenic Hell Canyon. Whole facility needs a facelift, tired and worn down. Dinner and breakfast buffets are delicious with a huge variety to choose from.Oberall good experience."

"Hotel should allow 'meals' reservations option', to be done by guests, upon 'check-in'. Rather than 'pre-order before 'check-in'. Regards."
