Everything was outstanding except the somewhat disappointing dinner buffet which was subpar in the quality of many dishes, especially the seafood. Breakfast was excellent. Our private open-air onsen in our room was great as was the public rooftop onsen. "

"The baths (onsen) at this hotel were outstanding. There was a huge variety, including waterslides. Breakfast was good, as well. We were able to park our car here and then walk over to the "hells" (jigoku). We would gladly stay here again."

"We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices.
