"The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. Overall a nice property but needs updates"

"Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"

"Beautiful hotel, we upgraded to the supercar theme 2 bed suite for our vehicle mad children - the attention to detail with the theming is fantastic - even the ceiling fan had finish flag print all over. 5 & 8yos enjoyed some time in kids club, especially the rock climbing & cookie making - Otto and his team are so lovely with the kids. "We were in Patong Bay and had to change locations - the staff here were kind, helpful and seemed to be very kind and engaged with one another as well. Bed was great, food was excellent - it's quiet and an easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated the Kwan and our poolside bartender-she was great!!"

"We stayed in a premium waterfront room, we meant we had great terrace and access to the pool. The outside area of our room was great but the actual room is a dated, we didn’t find the bed or the pillows overly comfortable. The air conditioning is old so pretty noisy. "

"Really great place…no real complaints. It’s a bit hilly so a lot of up hill walking but they do have shuttles which are pretty convenient. You can take the shuttle to Karon beach as well HOWEVER last shuttle back is 6 so you can’t really go to Karon for dinner or see the sunset. But that said you could still use Grab to come back. Anyway highly recommended. "

"This was a great hotel , it’s under construction but didn’t affect us much during our stay. The location is great for walking to the beach and to town. We rented scooters across the street for like $9 US dollars a day and had the best time! The pool was refreshing with the swim up bar. We had a basic king room but it was close to the lobby and the pool and was very spacious. The hotel was full so we couldn’t upgrade but tbh this room was perfect for us. We definitely would stay again. Oh try the pumpkin with Thai custard dessert it’s delicious "

"All staffs are absolutely kind and professional. The area is a bit remote but everything is inside the resort. 3 pools are amazing and spacious to accommodate everybody. Foods from bars and restaurants are spot on as well. The slide could be imrpoved tho."
