"We had a supreme garden villa with a plunge pool. We arrived early at the resort before lunchtime. Our room wasnt ready so we had early lunch at the restaurant. There was no welcome drink considering reception were not busy so no excuse. After lunch we had to wait over 2 hours for our room. We were exhausted from travelling from LHR and were told we would get our villa before 3pm. It was 2.30 by the time we had it. The villa itself was spacious but outdated. "Amazing hotel!! Second time here .. can’t wait to come back again!! Everything is exceptional .. decor, attention to detail and amazing dinner at one of my favourite Italian restaurant!! Classy and elegant but don’t charge for sunscreen guys that’s a big let down .. just have some communal pumps there where people can help themselves if they don’t want to go all the way back to their villa .. "

"Nice family beachfront resort . Excellent facilities and lovely staff with lots of alternative food options and 7/11 nearby But ,be aware ,it is a family resort so lots of loud kiddie activities ( think loudspeaker ) and screaming kids. Not so good for a romantic escape"

"We were coming from Bangkok and trying to decide where to stay and this was an oasis away from the busy Patong area but also within a few minutes car ride or walk. It had the coldest air conditioning we have ever had and it was a welcome addition in the 90-100 degree heat. The pools and pool bars were awesome as were the restaurants. "

"The rooms are spacious, with good solid wooden funitures. Though aged and used they still looked nice and worked well. Bed was neither hard nor soft. The aircondition had a life of it's own. The view from the resort is stunning. The breakfast is fine, but crowdy, and the appearance of local music every morning from 08:00, was adding to the feeling of crowdiness and unneeded noise. "This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel and we love the sunset rooms. The only negative for us is we have never been able to get a pool sunbed. Luckily we don’t mind the beach but it would be nice to be around one of the pools. Sadly the taken beds were generally unused just had towels on. "

"Great breakfast. Swam in a nice small pool. At night was noisy in bedroom due to music from other rooms and/or surrounding areas around property. Think there was a festival near a temple on nearly every night we stayed."

"I gave a 3 stars rating is due to the house keeping didn’t clean the room and replenish the towels as I requested more than one time. The pillows are smelly, I requested for replacement but it was not done. We got extras sheets and put it on top of the pillows. "

"We asked for coffee 4 times and We were told we would get it but then we did ot. The last time the counter person told us unless we opt in for a room cleaning we will not get more coffee. We were trying to save them from having to clean our room each day but that was the only we apparently we can get coffee."

"This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
