"Baan Sailboat Hotel (Booked thru Hotels.com). Other nicer hotels here, but most are cash only, so your not able to book thru a booking site. Staff was very nice. Have to remove shoes and put in cabinet to enter hotel. Not happy about that. Safe does no good if it's just laying on counter, not mounted. Hardly no counter space No one spoke English that I encountered. First room electrical out, second room shower faucets all broke (they fixed shower issue). Only 3 bfast plates to choose...

"Wan DD does not honor Hotel.com . I spoke to the owner and had to pay cash for the room . They would not refund my money . Horrible experience. The staff was very good. They tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. The owner said they don’t use this site. But they got paid twice for this stay. Hotel.com did give me a credit, but they told me the hotel was unwilling to give a refund. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere."
