"The hotel itself is a beautiful hotel in a great location within walking distance to walking street and all attractions. Sadly this hotel has a majority of Indian guests and the hotel is very noisy during the night into early hours of the morning. Generally the guests are noisy from around 11pm until around 5am which is a shame for this beautiful hotel. Staff do not act on noise complaints sadly. "

"Fantastic place to stay 10 out of 10 to all staff, including the gardening staff. Miss Bee on reception went the extra mile as nothing was a problem. House keeping with Miss Ben, Miss Dao and Miss Tan did a great job daily. Breakfast was again "top draw" with a massive range of foods from around the world. Would recommend to all as the place to stay."

"We had a pretty favorable experience at Hermann Pattaya. The location of the property is conveniently located within walking distance of both Central and Walking Street. The aesthetics of the hotel were very appealing, and the staff was extremely friendly. We found plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and being at this location is so close to the water made it that much better.
