"The staff was very eager to please. Not everyone there spoke English but they seemed to have someone on every shift that could deal with us in English. The location is quite close to the port and the cab ride to get to our ship was remarkably inexpensive. The location is also near some "street food" that seemed to be very Thai. "The place is basic...older, just separate cute little cabins with a real Thai feel, nice front wooden porch and...it was clean, and the lady who ran the place very nice...lots of trees...wifi, but basic. I saw no bugs...and I could see daylight through the slats in the hardwood floors. Bed was comfortable."

"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"Nothing bad to say. The hotel it self is in a good location only a 5 minute walk to terminal 21 shopping mall and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. On top of that an overall clean and hip vibe. Room service and breakfast buffet were also very good. 5 star experience "

"The value for the money was not there for me! Plug in that didn’t work, room checked into was not the room booked and when asked to be move to what I paid for there was no offer to fix the problem at all. There was an event booked that limited some amenities…no prior warning, was only told about it after the check in. Very nice lobby, breakfast buffet was amazing, the rest of the food options were way way overpriced."

"Great location in north Pattaya, pool is great and it gets sun all day from 9am onwards Buffet breakfast is well stocked with food from Thailand and western options Connected to Terminal 21 which is one of the largest and newest mall in town Alll in all a very good stay, thank you for the staffs for their kindness"
