"Lovely resort. The design is a bit odd and all the non villa rooms with pools are actually full shade, which sort of defeats the purpose of a private pool. We ended up switching and upgrading to a villa which had the sun and view and turned so so into a great experience. Food is very pricey compared to other resorts and it is relatively away from most places. There isn’t a nearby town for restaurants. "

"First time in Krabi. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean . With a lot of amenities. All the staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on a high end room. The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. "Beautiful place like the photos!!! Beautiful views and nice island to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The only thing is that there were tiny ants in the room but its understandable as the resort is surrounded by nature. Staff are friendly and awesome! "

"Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much! The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it."

"Amazing location.easy walk to the beach to grab long tail boats to Railay. Very clean and nice rooms. Convenient cheap laundry that charges by Kg right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast. "
