"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

But the concierge service is fantastic. From before our arrival they arranged our transportation, arrival dinner and tours. "We had a wonderful stay at Leelawadee. We appreciated how well-kept the villas and grounds were. Everything was clean and in good order while we were there, and the owners are very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to be able to make our own meals some of the time to avoid joining the crowds in town. It was a beautiful and remote location, with great views.
