"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. "We spent 7 nights in this resort. Very safe and tranquil place to stay. It’s like an oasis with all the greeneries, trees, mini pond, waterfall in the property. It has two pools and a gym. "After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows."

"Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. "The Nap Patong is situated a two minute walk away from the main pulse of Patong Beach and its main hub. Staff at the Nap Patong were always welcoming every time my wife and I saw them during the day between coming and going into the Nap. It is quite easy to venture around the grounds that have been so thoughtfully landscaped. we will be returning to the Nap Patong on out next visit to Patong."

"Great view! Room was clean. Staff were incredibly nice. Only issue we had was this hotel is not walkable to anything. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the “big fish” statue by the beach at the top of most hours but if you need a shuttle not at the top of the hour its 50 baht/person. They will also pick you up from here.
