"Hotel was ok, it was the sister hotel to the spratz aparthotel, which when we went to was lovely. It was in a good area of the Jewish quarter near the square with moomoo and Ariel on. The cafe downstairs was lovely food was delicious especially the cakes!! Room was ok, we wasn’t in it really other than to sleep, but it was clean and had everything you needed. The only bad thing about it was the pillows in the bed, they were not good. Other than that it was fine. Cash machine/exchange literally...

"It was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The street is loud, but I slept soundly with the provided earplugs. Its a nice location, and the artwork is whimsical and kolory."

"Brilliant, apart from very first night, 2 men having a row, pushing & shoving right in to our room door! 1 of them was in a neighbouring room, it soon calmed down. We were too tired to not sleep, even with low bed & pillows, shower is tiny but really hot 😊 Bar staff were fab except older lady, dark hair, pretty miserable & sharp 🤔 Perfect location, great stay"

"Lovely, welcoming hostel in the Kazimierz district. Well situated for lots of good bars and restaurants. The hostel is clean, bright and comfortable and the comms before arrival to arrange airport transport and self check-in was top notch. Have stayed before and will stay again! Great value"

"The hotel is perfect for a stay in Krakow. It was clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helpful giving suggestions for restaurants which were all good. The hotel is well placed for both the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. I would happily recommend this hotel and we would definitely use it again. "
