"The staff was very professional and accommodating in every way. They went out of their way to assist in helping park my car. They were also kind enough to let us know that due to the number of individuals staying at the hotel. It would be a good idea to come earlier for breakfast, Doing the saved us a lot of time, as we left we noted the large number of folks queuing for food. "We stayed 1 night at Emion Sapporo. We arrived early in the morning, left our luggage with the reception and when we returned in the evening, our luggage were already up in our room. This is good service! The room is considerably big compared to most hotels in the city and very clean too. There’s a public bath in the hotel for us to enjoy a soak after all the walking! Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Emion. "

"It is directly in front of Houseisusukino station and so it is easy to get to. The hotel is also near the main susukino area and odori areas with many food options. However, the hotel staff only speak basic english and we experienced difficulties explaining a small issue when we called the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay still."

"Stayed a few nights and chose this for proximity to Sapporo Station. Great selection at breakfast, clean and functional rooms, very pleasant staff. Showers were hot with great pressure. They were able to keep our luggage before checkin and after checkout. Appreciate the machines to check in and out easily and avoid language barrier confusion. "

"The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too."
